Springfield Township takes the health of it's residents very seriously and because of this has created this website intended to address the dangers of skin cancer. We know how much our townspeople love a trip to the beach in the summer or a nice day of golf on one of our many beautiful courses so all we ask is that you please take a minute to browse this website before going out into the sun unprotected from it's dangerous rays.

Statistics don't like and they say that skin cancer is the number one form of cancer in the USA with more than 1 million new cases are diagnosed annually and 9 in 10 cases caused by overexposure to sunlight. I know these number may seem a bit staggering but with the proper care and preparation you can avoid becoming the next statistic yourself.

This website is dedicated to informing the people of Springfield Township and the internet public at large of the risks of skin cancer while providing simple and easy instructions for the best possible prevention techniques.
